In this 6-week course, you will learn how to quiet your mind, relax your body, and be at peace with your reality.

You will learn valuable techniques to help you to establish to develop your own personal practice.

You will develop new ways of dealing with unpleasant situations.

You will stop reacting to life’s difficulties, and instead start responding in a more peaceful and productive manner.

With regular practice, meditation will change your life.

The course is divided into the following 6 categories, and each class will also include a deeply relaxing guided meditation:

  • Using the Breath
  • Shifting Focus
  • Sensation Awareness
  • Relax and Let Go
  • Expanding Consciousness
  • Deep Relaxation Meditation

Group Course

The Mindfulness Meditation group courses have now finished, but are expected to start again shortly.

Private Course

This course will take place in the comfort of your own home or workplace, in Bushey or surrounding areas, and is for a maximum of three students.

Investment – The entire course, including a Certificate of Completion costs just £225.00, and this can be shared between up to three attending students.
