Immerse yourself in a 6-week meditation experience exploring the art of letting go.
Suitable for all levels of experience, including absolute beginner.
This transformative and deeply relaxing meditation experience will introduce you to techniques designed to transcend the thinking mind and reprogram the subconscious for greater awareness of self, perception of reality and inner intuitive guidance.
This 6-week meditation experience includes sessions on:
- Awareness and Acknowledgement (acknowledge what you’re holding on to)
- Sensation over Thought (allow yourself to feel)
- The Best Outcome (what do you want / want to feel?)
- Releasing the Body (along with the mental and emotional self)
- Creating Space (sit with and learn to enjoy the stillness)
- Non-Attachment (reprogramming your mind to instantly let go)
Not only will you receive 6 hours of guided and supportive tuition, you will also receive 6 guided meditation recordings for you to keep and enjoy at your leisure.
This 6-week meditation experience is available in group sessions in Bushey, and also on a private bases in the comfort of your own home.
Group Meditation Experience
The group sessions have now finished, but this course is still available privately.
Private Meditation Experience
Sessions will be held in the comfort of your own home in or around the Bushey area, days and times to suit your schedule.
Sessions are for a maximum of 3 students, to help you share the cost.
Investment – The entire meditation experience and the recorded meditations altogether cost just £225.00, to be paid in advance.
This can be shared between up to 3 attending students.
Please note that your selected days and times cannot be booked until your payment has been received.
